Whether you are going through a natural or medical menopause, this day of inspiration will help you understand your own menopausal symptoms and learn how to handle them better. Put yourself first for a day and discover ways to improve your sleep patterns, energy levels and confidence.

- physical and emotional symptoms of the menopause
- understanding how the menopause is affecting you personally
- managing symptoms healthily
- relaxation techniques to improve mood and sleep.
During the course of the day, we will explore each particular aspect, providing you with plenty of opportunity to learn about how best to support yourself. You will deepen your self-awareness and develop personal strategies to ensure that you leave the course feeling healthier and more confident about managing your change.
Is this course for me?
This course will benefit anyone who is about to enter the menopause or who is at some stage within it. All women are welcome, whatever age, whether you have entered the menopause as a result of a medical treatment or naturally.
What style of course is it?
There will be a maximum of 10 participants. There will be a mix of activities including some exercises that you are invited to do in pairs and groups. There will also be a variety of guided relaxation exercises. I take great care to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and activities are designed with that in mind.
