Use one-to-one time to put yourself first and receive professional and tailored support to:

  • learn techniques to improve and calm stressful lives
  • benefit from guided relaxation exercises and boost your health and wellbeing
  • start living life in full colour, feeling good about yourself and what you are doing
  • enjoy structured “me” time to check that you are on the right track, a pick- me -up that lasts much longer than the best hair cut or holiday.

 
I work face to face, by phone and by email.  We can discuss the best way of working for you and arrange a convenient venue for face to face meetings.   While a one-off session can be very helpful, most people prefer a series of sessions so that there is time to explore a topic in more depth and develop and embed personal strategies and skills.

My charges

 

£50 per one hour face-to-face or phone appointment. Charges for working together by email vary; please contact me to discuss this.
